Not too bad. What happens, though, if there's a backlog of orders? And how often are the machines thoroughly cleaned? The cleanup alone probably takes up a good couple of days at a stretch. Not to mention the disinfecting of the equipment that would also need to be done.
I"m wondering ultimately what is the benefit of automation? It puts a lot of ppl out of work and those that do work are just doing a very boring job. The owner borrows money for his automated equipment and never sees the end of paying back cuz better machines always come out. Tell me apart from the banks, who benefits from this system? The engineeers who devise new machines, yes, and the machine makers. This kind of bread is not to my liking anyway and the thickness of the slices is wrong imho.
The bread needs to go through metal detectors? Yikes!
