How do you get the omega part? I beat all of story on hard mode and everything else. What did I miss?

You can only get maximum star from a ''action replay''. Its a game cd you can buy from ebay, amazon or anything like that. You won't need maximim star, if you got the combat cannon. They're almost the same. Maximum star weight 60kg more.
