episode 19
when we left off, nick was about to annouce the special surprise song.
Nick: If you know the words, sing along. It's called Please Be Mine, and it was the first song we ever wrote.
The crowd yelled and screamed at the top of their lungs, even if they didn't know what the song was.
Madi: *turns to Casey* That's what I asked Nick!
Casey: You asked him to play Please Be Mine?!
Madi: Yeah, and he said 'yes'!
Casey: WHOA!
Madi: I know!
Joe: *singing* They come and go! But they don't know! That you are my... beautiful!
As they neared the middle of the song, Nick started singing, and descretely [spell check] glanced in Madi's direction, hoping for no one to notice, but Madi, who's eyes had been glued on him (nick) since the beginning of the concert, did.
Nick: *singing* Please be miiine -whooo oooh oOoOoOo yeah!
As the song ended, the crowd erupted in a chorus of whoops, yells, and high pitched screams so loud, JB didn't think was possible until that very moment.
Joe: Now are you ready to rock the house?!?!
Crowd: WWHHHHOOOOO!
Kevin: OKAY!!! Its guna get alot hotter in here!
Crowd: YYYYEAAAAHHHH!
Joe: I'm hot! and you're cold! you go around like you know!
During the second verse, Nick did his world famous ariel of the second level of the stage. The crowd screamed, but it was Madi and Casey who screamed the loudest for their friends.
A couple songs later, Nick started playing the piano.
Nick: This song is for anyone who has any hard time in their life. *starts singing* Well I got the news today, but they said I had to stay, A little bit longer and I'll be fine.
During the middle of the song, tears started well up in Madi's eyes, and began to fall. She knew everytime she heard this song, she started crying. She thought it was the saddest song she had ever heard, and always prayed for Nick J, and all the people in the world battling against diabetes.
The concert went on for another hour and a half, and then when it was over Madi and Casey went backstage to congradulate JB and the other band members on the great concert (as usual).
Casey: *runs up to Kevin* OH MY GOSH! Kevin, your guitar playing was amazing! I LOVED the concert!
Kevin: Thanks! I thought it went pretty well!
Casey: It was EXCELLENT!
Madi: Nick, your ariel was great!
Nick: Thanx!
Casey: Joe, I loved your mic tricks! You're so talented!
Joe: *laughs* Thanx! It took me awhile to make those perfect!
Madi: It definatly paid off!
Joe: Hahaha, Thanx!
Casey: What time is it?
Kevin: It's 9.
Madi: We got three more hours!
Joe: 'Till what?
Madi: Curfew.
Joe: That's a late curfew.
Casey: Well, our mom made it midnight for just tonight, cause of the concert.
Madi: Yeah, she's pretty cool actually.
Nick: I thought you said she wasn't?
Madi: That's only when she gets out in public. At home, she's normal.
Nick: *laughs* Oh! *looks at Kevin*
Joe walks over to his mommy and asks her a question, she hesitates, then nods her head. Then he walks back over to his bros.
Joe: Hey, are you ladies hungry?
Casey: Uh, yeah.
Madi: Starved.
Joe: Would you two like to grab a bite to eat with us?
Nick raises his eyebrows, waiting for their response, and Kevin stands there, with no expression of anxiety on his face, much unlike his brother, Nicholas...
Madi: *turns to Casey* We do have three more hours.
Casey: I guess it's okay. *turns to Joe* Yeah, we'd love to!
Joe: Cool!
Nick: Excellent!
Kevin: Awesome!
Casey and Madi laugh at the boys' responses, then Frankie runs over.
Frankie: Nick! I saw your flip!
Nick: Did you like it?
Frankie: Yeah! It was so cool!
Nick: Thank Frankie! You're the man!
Casey and Madi both smile really big.
Joe: *sees Madi and Casey* What is it?
Madi: You guys are just so sweet to eachother, I don't know how you do it. I don't think I could ever be that nice to my brother.
Kevin: You have a brother?
Casey: Yeah. His name is Jacob, and he's seven.
Joe: You have to have him meet Frankie before we go on tour!
Madi: That would be so cool!
Frankie: I get a new friend?! That's a boy?
Nick: Maybe, Frankie!
Frankie: Sweet!
Kevin: Yeah! *turns to Casey and Madi* Most of his friends are girls, older ones at that, cause most of our friends are girls, and they rarely have little sibs.
Casey: Wow, poor Frankie.
Kevin: Actually, I think he likes it, he's a ladies man.
Mrs. Jonas: Where do you guys want to eat?
Madi: I don't really have a preference [spell check].
Casey: Same.
Kevin: What about Italian?
