Wouldn't mind some constructive critiscm! From what I can see obviously footwork needs to be better, my left hand after my right cross drops..My cross needs to come back to my head quicker. Need to work on shoulder endurance especially on my left for those jabs. Need to bend my knee's more when rolling underneath the punches/pads.
It's about my 3rd proper month in a boxing gym and this session was also after our main 2 hour session. No excuses though. I was tired but have to learn to push through tiredness!

  • dont wind up like that when you throw the uppercut. make sure its all one motion. pretend your siitin on a bench and then just twist your body into it. i cant really explain it but just try what i say you'll feel more power. you feel nmore power when your lower cuz some of the power comes from your legs.

  • but i say u need a new trainer hes not even giving u any constructive criticism. and why the hell is he making u punch that high and that low. you need to work on your balance but i would say its poor training find a gym that has trainers with experience( training decent pros and amateurs) and have accomplished stuff.

  • u need to get the hell out of that gym if you want to be a decent succesful boxer u can find a much better trainer than that You need to not lean foward when you punch and bring your punches back to your head.
