I really enjoy listening to him, and the fact that he incorporates popular culture into his discourse makes him more accessible. However, I think he is not up to date on current capitalism. He describes capitalism as the system that "satisfies desires". Capitalism has evloved at this point into something that manufactures desires and then fulfills them. He does repeat that he is an 'old fashioned marxist; but he does need to update his concept of capitalism.
