Three cheers for Barney Johnson for he went 'ome today We're the ones what's left behind to grieve since he's gone away. Life's a little 'arder now a little darker, too. For Barny's 'elpin 'and is gone and he took 'is bright smile, too. But one day when it's our time to leave - we won't have to wait 'cause Barney will be waiting right behind the pearly gate Then he'll smile that smile and 'old out his 'and and give US a cheer to beat the band.

Dear Olive, dear Jenny, he was a beauty. How great a life...you knew and kept him, you know he is perfection and forever a son and husband to remember, to keep close to life.

You both made good and you both are good for all of us everywhere.

I send to you, love, as if a total stranger's words might help toward healing any loss at all; it's all one person can do, not with sympathy, but with empathy and with fondest wishes for you all at home.
