i was born in 94 and all i can really say is, WTF ARE THEY THINKING. bring back toonami, it not only kicked ass, but showed people what the japanese culture grows up with. Bring back the CARTOON NETWORK, CN is just no fun anymore. and bring back Fridays, i miss tommy and his gf''s. and most importantly, bring back the shows. The only two good shows left are Chowder and Ben 10, i miss actually waking up on Saturdays with hope to the day. There aren't even Saturday morning line ups anymore, stupid

Anime is just the Japanese word for cartoon. Sure, people generally say anime when talking about Japanese cartoons, but the actual word applies to animation in general.
