@haveasliceofmypie No they aren't? You might be thinking of Eomer, Eowyn's brother. Faramir is Boromir's younger brother who marries Eowyn in the books. In the films they vaguely allude to that with a scene or two, but then they cut all but one short scene of them smiling at each other in the theatrical release. I haven't read the Silmarillion or any of the appendices, so it's possible I missed some mention of their familial nature, but they aren't closely related and they *are* a couple.

Aw, that was so sweet! I love Eowyn and Faramir; they are my favorite couple in LoTR and I really wish they hadn't cut the scenes of them together.
