This is The Adventures of Batman and Robin for the Sega Genesis. One of my favorite Batman games ever, it's basically plays like Gunstar Heroes. You run 'n' gun and can hit people too close to you. The game is good enough to feel different, however. It'd take a lot of detail to explain how these two are different. I guess I could summarize it by saying Gunstar Heroes is rather...arcadey and Batman and Robin feels more like a console game. Or something, I dunno. I'm bad at this.
I decide to do a Let's Play of it with the annotations, which is why they're popping up all over the place. If you prefer not to have my commentary, you can just turn them off if you like.
Does this Game have any story cutscenes? you fight a boss next stage? for what? what has happened?

You talk about Mark Hamill and fail to mention Luke Skywalker. 8| What is wrong with you?
