@keretarocknroll Nah. Early Glam Metal is heavy, just like this, but not as heavy as Iron Maiden (Traditional). Examples:
Early glam: "Motley Crue - Live Wire"; "Dizzy Bitch - Goin Down"
New Glam: "Dirty Penny - Midnight Ride"
Old Traditional: "Iron Maiden - Prowler";
New Traditional: "Wolf - I Am The Devil"; "Enforcer - Roll the Dice"
Glam subject matter varies. It's anarchy with booze and women. Sleaze is just women. And Traditional is anything.
