With regards to why he/she should get more attention: he/she clearly has an opinion that wants to be seen. Freedom of speech allows him to do so.

@Antipopularization I hate to break it to you, but pressing a button does not "convey strength of passion" (Whatever the fuck that means.) it makes you look like an asshole. Would you read a book that was in all caps because it has such a strong "strength of passion" in it? In terms of helping your comment stand-out among the comments it does do that, but why should he get attention over other comments. It's like screaming your opinion during an open forum. It's fucking rude.
