Well done for a student. You'll notice in his films, when he rides his horses the horses are always on the right lead. Even in difficult shots as seen in the film Night Passage. Rare indeed, as Hollywood films are known for horses on the wrong lead. Its always a treat to watch Audie ride...

There is a commenter on practically every Murphy page that calls him a psycho.How sad that some people have no better life than to malign a great hero whose life testifies against every pathetic comment made. Even petty movie jabs as if Murphy was the producer/director. Sad.

Good work, very informative and moving. I remember as a young kid, idolizing Audie Murphy. If anyone ever wanted a definition of the word, "hero", Audie Murphy sums it up. Self sacrifice.
