  • Could you give me the precise time and location where this video was taken? The officer was talking BS - there isn't even a valid reason for claiming this to be taken in as evidence as it does not pertain to the materials they collected, nor would it stand up in court as anything useful (your comment "bring your own" was actually legally accurate). I want this officer identified and educated.

  • i don't really want to give that level of information. i don't want to expose myself that much.

he was clearly making it as he went along and i think i out manoeuvred him a little, don't want to embarrass him anymore than i already have.

  • The officer is wrong. You are allowed to film what you like in a situation like this.

If he had confiscated the phone without legal reason, it is deemed theft and you could prosecute him.

  • lmao bring your own phone

  • @pbaker123:

Im sure that if you called brownhills police station, and told them you wanted the annoying little twat bastard with no meat on him, to be educated, they would know roughly who you mean.

They'd at leats be able to narrow it down to the male half of the station.

  • Stpuid little pig bastard cant stop you filming.

    Annoying little bastard !

  • I'm usually one to defend our police but the officer was totally wrong in this case. I hope he didn't take your phone off you and you had every right to film.

  • This officer is an example of why we need to know that filming in public is legal and lawfull .

  • LMFAO bring ur own!!!!!!!!

  • the police know nothing about photographers rights, although that doesn't stop them arresting you on terrorism charges for it. it's actually illegal for them to delete photos/videos you've taken and they can't stop you recording in a public place, but because they have a uniform they think you'll do whatever they tell you.

  • the problem what happened at brownhills nigel maby god rest his soul, passed on, and his negligent wife took over the running of his markets. i traded on tht market since i was a kid with my father. RIP brownhills.

  • iv seen pictures it looks like bullshit.

  • yep its back up and running now

  • hahaha

    bring your own

    hahaha funny kid :)
