im soo glad you have this video. im 14 and 125 pounds and barely had anymuscle. but now after seeing your videos i have commitd to bodybuilding and have gotten a whole lot bigger.

I agree wuth lgnDxMeRkzZ, Im a teen too and I can just imagine all the teens watching these videos so we would love if you made a video for us especially without weights or maybe another with weights and dumbells as well
