This is a video response to dakibocikapera at youtube. He started doing some of the workouts I posted here, and had some questions about gaining muscle. Basically my advice to him was:

-- Make sure you're eating plenty of calories...if you need to gain mass, your calories need to be high.

-- Be sure to consume a carbohydrate while doing martial arts (such as Gatorade)

  • im soo glad you have this video. im 14 and 125 pounds and barely had anymuscle. but now after seeing your videos i have commitd to bodybuilding and have gotten a whole lot bigger.
