Ice Age in Moscow: Streets turn into skating rink, Domodedovo airport closed

Domodedovo, one of Moscow's main airports, has ground to a halt after iced-up electricity cables ruptured. Officials say power is expected to come back on by the end of the day - but there'll be no flights until then.
