Moi loses 100-acre farm in Kabarak

To the courts now and former President Daniel arap Moi has been ordered to vacate a 100-acre piece of land and hand it over to the estate of a former settler Malcolm Bell. Bell sued Moi 9 years ago claiming the former president had grabbed the land from him. NTV's John Allan Namu reports on the case that has opened a whole new debate of land injustices going back to the colonial days.

This is but just an example of white might happen should the law of the land be followed. Next should be the Kenyatta family. I know Mr Bell. Him and Moi have been very unfriendly for a long time. If each of them cannot prove ownership of the land, they should vacate it no matter what kind of development is on the land.
