  • fuck learning new skills all the time, so companies can shit on you and contract you for little jobs all the time you never get bennies or have steady income seriously graduating was the worst mistake i ever made

  • So the unemployment rate for someone that graduated from college is about 4% rather than 9%, but how many of those college graduates that have a job actually have a job that requires a college degree? I mean, if half of the students that graduate from law school cannot find a job in that field and end up working at a coffee shop or have a part time job. Is that really what we should get once we graduate?

  • Stop whining Anna, 50 years ago you'd have been in my kitchen cooking my meal!!! - Michael Richard

  • uhh...my community college cost 2k per semester, headed to a university costs about 3-4k. Expected debt about 10-15k. Not bad considering my friends who are 20 times that.

It's about hard work and loving what you're doing, success isn't measured by your paycheck, but by how you feel when you wake up in the morning. Our generation needs to understand that and accept that dollars aren't anything but paper and you can't physically hold debt. it's all made up.

just hold on, our generation be great.

  • I'd like to know where that most kids come out of college with only 24K in loan debt.

Most kids I know have MUCH more debt.

Many community colleges are at least 9-14 thousand per year for tuition...not counting room and board(which is more than tuition)...

we're not even talking about those who went to college for 4 years or more...

...closer to or over 100K in debt for many!

and then they get out and many can only find jobs at minimum wage!

  • @alphacause Many of these studies also compare the salaries of men and women doing the SAME job. And men still, on average, get paid more to do the same work. What's the excuse for that?

  • @mrm87 im high school graduate and working for 8.00 and hour

  • @vogelkl someone finally understands me.

  • I'm a college graduate making $13 an hour. Yikes!!!!!!!!!

  • utterly depressing

  • What if you are a medical major ?
