Push the air and actually come off the top note more on the wide jumps and they will speak bettert, smooth out the rythmic figures and don't rush individual beats, and maybe try using more air in general to fill the horn. You can definetly work this up to very high level, so keep it up! :)

Maybe you can download the program, Notation Composer, its a 31 day trial version. Here you can download midi ( music ) files. The notes do appear on the screen then, where you can play,read and listen to the music. Carnival of Venice can also be found on the internet as a midi file.
Erik Veldkamp has also a webside, where are a lot of midi files for trumpet, and PDF files. If you download these and open it with Notationplayer, you can play them too.
