Gin Blossoms sing Hey Jealousy. Great performance by the band at the EarthFest in Boston. They have a lot of talent and are releasing a new album in 2010. Robin Wilson, the lead singer, ran down the runway at the Hatch Shell, climbed on top of the fence at the first row, and got the crowd singing. If you hear one voice singing the correct line, "I'm no shape for driving," that was this photographer.

  • Actually, the camera is pretty zoomed, which changes the depth perception. A couple of songs before Hey Jealousy, Robin climbed up on the rail-fence, and sang a song from half the hatch shell over to the right side. It was completely a surprise, and a shock to the Mass State Police (per the Green Day Riot of 1994), and hence his reference to the State Police. In March 2011, I will publish a clip of the first song.
