oh no offense taken! I agree, the carolinas are nice in terms of people and scenery (for the most part). I was referring to the New Hampshire/Maine/Nova Scotia area. To me personally, its a completely different world than the southern or middle regions. Just more pleasant all around.

@blackmetalblunt like the far north? that region seemed nice last time i visited. i was mostly talking about the middle region too, thats where most of my experience lies. although i have found the carolinas have less annoying people too, on the whole.

Thats true for the middle region. The weirdo inbreds of the viginias etc... But northern appalachia (where Falls is fro) is completely different. More beautiful nature, and normal people.
