  • on his warm up it says 24 but the intro writing says 23, FAIL

  • @liamlivingston1 - Chambers' Sonics number was 24, but when playing in an all-star game, players may have to choose another number if their usual uniform number is being used by another all-star player with more seniority.

  • Tom Chambers and Kevin Johnson had one of the best two man games I have ever seen. Both are still loved here in Phoenix, AZ. If the Suns had won a championship with those two at the helm, they would both be in the hall by now. Yeah Tom was not a defensive stopper, but he scored, ran the floor, played adequate defense and rebounded. And damn that guy could dunk.

  • For those of us NOT in Seattle or on the West Coast, this was our intro to Tom Chambers. He'd already been in the league for a few years, but the Sonics were a VERY LOW KEY team at the time with NO media push (especially not in the east). I'd never heard of him before this game. Brothas were like, "Who's THIS badass white boy?!?" At game's end, we ALL knew who he was. This was his coming-out party...and he got to do it in front of the HOME CROWD. His stock went up BIG TIME after this game.

  • nice shoot

  • Offensively, he was every bit as good as Dirk..... and he took it to the hoop with much more ferocity.

  • Ahh, yes. The game where Magic Johnson should have been the MVP. Will never forget it.;-) Btw, this is the NBA during it's Golden Years.

  • Somebody's talking about "selfish"? What do they think a team was looking for when it signed Chambers? The guy couldn't defend my auntie, but he was an unstoppable scorer. You want to pay millions for an unstoppable scorer and then tell him not to score 27 a game?

  • Yeah, stars in all Seattle sports tend to be unrecognizable until they end up in all-star games. I guess that's kind of changed a bit with the Internet and YouTube.

  • Tom was awesome, don't act like you didn't try to do a TC dunk on your minnie hoop when you were a kid.

  • Tom chambers was my niqga! & im bomb'n lol
