  • I find it hilarious that Purdue is obsessed with trying to convince themselves that they are better than IU. As a recent IU graduate, I can say that in my 4 years at Bloomington I never felt any sort of rivalry with Purdue because no one gave a shit about them. If anything our biggest rivals were Illinois given the Eric Gordon situation. Purdue will always be the little brother of Indiana.

  • Never gets old. Hoo Hoo Hoo HOOSIERS!

  • @Stevensmith2006 Agreed. Purdouche fans are idiots

  • Both iu and purdue are the the bottem feeders of the big ten but atleast purdue has been relevent at least a few times last decade and went to the rose bowl in the past ten years iu hasn't even been competitive for a big ten title also between iu and purdue a combined 0 national championships in football

  • IU isn't good, but isn't it remarkable how BAD Purdue has become? I mean, how bad do you have to be to lose to Bill Lynch not once, but twice?

  • @Stevensmith2006 Even though you percieve Purdue as little brother, I find it ironic that the Purdue band is featured at the Indy 500 rather than the music school in the state (IU). You keep convincing yourself that people outside of Bloomington don't like Purdue. Meanwhile, Purdue will still get recognition for academia AS WELL AS athletics. By the way...Bobby was canned years ago. Time to pull your head out of the sand...or whereever it is buried.

  • @Stevensmith2006 Not only that, but our football and basketball stadiums each have the same name. That surely must have led to some bad blood.

  • even though IU had a shitty season, beating purdue and winning the bucket made it worthwhile. purdue....joke haha
