The shape of the seat you can cut by yourself and then take the seat to your local upholsterer. I´m sure, that he has many materials to choose. Or you can ask some person, who works with car interier tuning and so on... There is very good offroad in Czech, but not very legal, so I have to be careful where and when I´m riding. Czech is small country, and there is many people sharing forests, fields...(tourists, bikers, families on trip...) and motorbikes are not in favour.
