Seems Guy has a phobia about eating tongue. His body language shows he was dreading having to taste it. Strange for a foodie and chef. But tongue when prepared right is more tender than fillet mignon and taste like it. Nothing to fear folks.

"au jus" is french for "with juice". I hate when people misuse the term. The kicker is the au jus. The kicker is the with juice. What?
