Gotta laugh a little at the sensationalist/feminist title. Obviously men spend more time looking at mammary glands, because we are evolutionarily designed to do so. Let's get the dictionary definition 1. "perverted - (used of sexual behavior) showing or appealing to bizarre or deviant tastes; "kinky sex"; "perverted practices". Looking at breasts is probably the most natural thing for a male to do, how you come to the conclusian that its a bizarre and deviant activity is a mystery to me.
