if you put your purlings underneath the beams on doubles every 4m from left to right of the outside standards you dont need plan bracing,

NO ALL

it does as good as or if not better job!

ive been scaffolding 27 years and ive never done it that way, but i can see how it works, id plan brace 1 bay at each end then knee brace, i work in some right fussy places they have you putting in all kinds of bulls$&t , if i had my way id probably do the same .
