R.I.P Philip McGuinness (29th of February 1984 - 19th of April 2010)
Philly was injured in a tragic accident playing for his beloved Mohill GAA Club. Sadly Philly passed away on Monday 19th April 2010 at Beaumont Hosp.
He was 26.

it is still shocking the best player for lietrim but most of all his beloved club Mohill he will be missed like, u are still an inspirational person in sport for your county and club , no one will ever forget u phily :( we all miss u :( A year gone and never will be forgotten by family friends and your county mates and club , u had so much to live for but it was cut short, u died doing a sport u luv playing , RIP phily

Will be missed tragicallly....
In time the thousands of treasured memories will make us smile again and as sure as there is a God in Heaven, there will be a football pitch there too. There will be two McGuinness’s on that hallowed ground. They may be in the Green and White of Mohill or the Green and Gold of Leitrim. They will catch the eye of all the onlookers, two disticntive redheads at the heart of every move... R.I.P
