17 Pygmies have returned after an ironic 17 year absence. The group was formed by Savage Republic member Philip Drucker (aka Jackson Del Rey) and released three full-length albums and one EP in the 1980s before quitting. They have returned in 2007 with a double disc 13 Blackbirds / 13 Lotus and are only doing a select few performances. This rare interview with Jackson Del Rey accompanies music from their live performances on the stage at PA's Lounge and in the studios of WZBC in Boston.
