The flying saucer concept makes sense. This invention seems to be part conventional plane and part saucer.
Hopefully these inventors will get funding from Russian investors. There should be many capital investors in Russia nowadays because there are so many billionaires according to news reports.

Reading the comments just shines the light on how little we have evolved as a species ... This video is about an aircraft, not a bunch of hyper-sensitive teenagers pounding there chests over what country is the best. My appologies to all the people in Russia over some of the childish things others from America have said. Their words do not match the sentiment of most of us here. I think the Russian programs have come up with some fantastic aircraft, and I hope you get the funding for this one.

Some basic exclusions to answer your question: Project is not named t.r.u.c.k, doesnt have a crap engine, isnt based on an approx 100 year old concept (since last major update), doesnt overconsume fuel and would carry more than three people on a sofa down a straight road, in a full scale proto... ;)
