GG-mini series-The Hollow-pilot

Lorelai and Rory move to Stars Hollow. Lorelai hasn't seen SH in 16 years. She runs into the townspeople, and Luke...Rory meets Jess, Luke's adopted sister's son. (hee)

Scene 1:
Lorelai and Rory are driving into Stars Hollow, their new home. Some of the townsfolk greet Lorelai, remembering her from a long ago past. As they drive into the driveway of their new home, Rory tells Lorelai that moving was a good choice. Lorelai agrees, but is remembering everything as before.

Scene 2:
Young (16 year old Lorelai) is in Stars Hollow, visiting her aunt, and she goes out to pick something up. She meets young Luke (who is 17) and they instantly connect.

Scene 3:
The Gilmores enter their house for the very first time, and Rory is very pleased with how it looks. The movers have already been there, so their furniture is in place. Rory excitedly heads to what is to be her room.

Scene 4:
As Lorelai heads out into the town, she runs into Taylor, who she hasn't seen in a very long time. Taylor welcomes her to the town and tells her about the rules and restrictions, and as they're walking by, Lorelai recognizes a familiar face in what used to be the old hardware store.

Scene 5:
While Lorelai is settling in at her new job at an Inn, Rory, who ordered lunch from Luke's Diner (YES, THEY DELIVER!), meets the delivery boy, Jess Mariano.

Scene 6: Lorelai heads to the market to buy some stuff, when she runs into a familiar flame, Luke Danes. Luke is not surprised to see her (obviously, he heard the rumors and gossip flying around town), but Lorelai awkwardly tries to make conversation. Luke passively replies, and leaves.

Later, Rory comes home from a walk around town, and finds her mother on the couch, crying. The Gilmores comfort each other.

NOTE: I'm working on the Fanfic! So, much of the cryptic stuff from the summary and stuff will be much revealed in the story! Make sure to read it when it comes out!
