i do parkour of freeruning all the time it's so fun but once i hurt my leg because i rolled to late but it's worth the risk

Free running and parkour are two totally different things.
Free running = is basically tricking your way from A to B
"Look I can do backflip... five times non stop" =D
Parkour = is getting from A to B in the shortest possible time (mostly in a straight line) "Look I found shortcut... over old lady with a cane" =D
