Specifically electricians recommending that the entire Ckt Breaker box must be changed in order to fix an "Open Circuit"!!!! "If you do not there is a danger for fire, and so on..."
Or, A/C repairmen recommending changing the entire A/C in cases where only recharging the system with freon was necessary...
