  • @freezazoid I have the same problem too! If you could message me if you did or didn't find a fix please do! Thanks!

  • I have some 80's Campagnolo brakes.... 1984. One of the brake-pads moves when I brake and the other doesn't really move, which causes rubbing on one side! Can't find any vids on vintage brakes... any suggestions?

  • @meyarz Since your cable is going to stretch over its lifetime, that is a very unlikely scenario. if you really have this problem, you (or whoever set up your bike) fitted a cable that is too short. The only good solution is to install a new cable, unless you have very wide bends in the cable. In that case you could remove a bit of outer cable...

  • what if the brake just stays in the position when you brake and doesnt go back so it keeps braking please help

  • how about if it is too too tight and you 0 cable avalible to adjust??

  • thanks alot

  • The good thing with bike mechanics in general is that parts are well exposed so that common sense, a good professional orientation & basic mechanic ability can easily do the trick.

  • From the shirt-bicycle colour mix to the good description a very useful vid.

    2 thumbs up from Germany

  • Thanks for the tips. It seems so simple when there are tips from a professional.
