The only reason there has been a 60 year delay in getting a working version is what is being proposed is impossible. Show us all a working model. @ZoeMarks I work with professor Searl since October, 2007. I presented a 1:1 scale model IGV I bulit and lectured on it with Professor Searl in Albuquerque New Mexico in July, 2010. The new IGVs for century 21 are my responsibility, and can NEVER be driven underground and suppressed again. Searl Aerospace Inc. was incorporated in the state of Nevada in July, 2010. Searl Magnetics, Inc. is up and running in Southern California. The work has been resurrected, never to be suppressed again

@ZoeMarks The only evidence the Midlands offered for "Electrical theft" was a sereis of extremely low electric bills, for current Professor Searl did not use! The court agreed with Professor Searl after examining the SEG, and all charges were dropped. One person from Australia came forward who controlled with 12 meter ham radio. 5 groups and individials in various countries have replicated the SEG and its effects. It has been documented and presented as recent as last year at COFE IV.

@dlwp25 The SEG, when superconducting and overloaded, produces a gravity field. Output at flight Voltage is 10^12 Volts. Current never exceeds 1.5 milliAmps. Tere is a vacuuum around the device. Without control, the SEG is pushed off the Earth by the Earth's gravity field into space. Polarity is negative at the rim, and positive at the center. Onboard the IGV flight-frame, there is 1/2 G onboard gravitation, and no sense of movement from within. Speeds far greater than any rocket.
