@vincentizghra I would like to see more rhythm in his improvisations too. They are always free. It would be nice to see he trying to improvise some samba songs

I think it's mainly that he really likes to play variations and adaptations of the blues scale.

I don't know he uses many of the same licks so often, I do love his works and solo albums but most of his improvisations sound a bit alike, I'm sure he can play more "unalike" he may just not desire to do so. Maybe I'm listening too much for rhythmical changes in improvisation or something. Jordan is incredible.

i think it should have a piano battle between jordan rudess and yuja wang . a black hole would open in the universe and all the human race would be extinct because of too much technique and notes flying like bullets ! :D
