After watching this, I gave the Pork Wellington a shot...quite possibly the best pork dish I've ever had. It's as impressive as it looks on television, and as easy and quick as he says it is.

a bar i go to in maryland has something similar to his pig-wellington, cept they drizzle on some raspberry sauce at the end and they use honey mustard, comes with a baked potato and a salad, its amazing stuff

this show is so awesome i love to cook and this show pretty much tells me how to make the really complicated stuff, into easy stuff
