Plot:
SOLDIER is a group of skilled combat operatives within the Shinra Electric Power Company. The elite within the group — those strong enough to be deemed SOLDIER 1st Class — are respected and idolized by the citizenry. Zack is a young SOLDIER 2nd Class who aspires to become a 1st. He spends his days carrying out assignments under the guidance of his 1st Class mentor, Angeal Hewley.

During an operation in Wutai, a large number of SOLDIER members, led by 1st Class operative Genesis, went missing. The severity of the situation prompts Shinra executives to deploy even more SOLDIER operatives in hopes of bringing an end to the war with Wutai, and conducting an investigation into the mass desertion. The ones assigned to the mission are Zack, Angeal, and 1st Class Sephiroth.

@NicolaTheCullen ah then i thought it was a vampire cause he had a vampire like face but it's just a regular japanese face then lol..and weis and nero have gray hair and the scene was so fast that i couldn't see their face so i thought they we're clouds brothers from advent children and i think i just skipped alot and didn't follow the story that good to know that angeal and genesis we're just childhood friends but i've played crisis core for 10 times...it's just too long ago

FF7 is really begging for a remake. Not reimagining. A REMAKE, everything exactly the same with a new engine.

I do not want FF13's battle system in this game.

@blackfeathervids Genesis isn't a vampire Just cause he slept in a bubble underneath Midgar for all of FF7 and DoC doesn't mean his a vampire.

And what do you mean by brothers of Cloud? Don't you mean Genesis' two "brothers", Weiss and Nero, the two SOLDIERS that took him back to SOLDIER? And Angeal isn't Genesis' brother, their just childhood friends. The person that Genesis took away at the end of DoC was Weiss The Immaculate, one of Genesis' so called brothers, not Angeal.

@Gheddoprinz117 no wrong crisis core is in 2000 7 years before ff7 and zack was saving cloud and found lazard and went to that dungeon and (almost) defeated genesis cause the brothers of cloud found him and then he returns at the end of dirge of cerberus as a vampire and then he finds angeal which is his brother then he flys away and after zack almost defeated genesis he gets a message from earith that he's been gone for 4 years so 3 years later is ff7 and not 5 or 6 years after

i miss zack he's my hero and cause i miss him every time, cause this is so epic and emotional game i've beat this game on hard mode for 10 times...

There will be a new Ff7 game after versus 13 is released not necessarily a remake it will be post dirge of cerberus ps4
