This video was sad and hard to make, I first thought of making this when Ushio and Nagisa died, leaving Okazaki alone completely:

Okazaki had not only lost his wife to maternal death, meaning she died while giving birth, but he also lost his daughter to sickness while she was still young. After losing Nagisa(his wife) he didn't want practically anything to do with Ushio(his daughter) until he realized that Nagisa would have wanted him to be happy with their child. But shortly after this discovery Ushio became ill, and while walking to the train to leave town Ushio dies in her dad's arms with the last words being, "I love you".

So this video is about Okazaki and his struggles getting over the fact that his entire family died. He had many memories about them, throughout the video like Nagisa's pregnancy, Ushio's death, Ushio and Okazaki living alone together, and the pain he felt when the memories became unbearable. At the end of the video Okazaki is dreaming of finally being together with the ones he loves. And the memories fade to color.

I personally think this entire anime was EXTREMELY sad! But the ending is happy so don't miss out on watching it!!

oh i love this anime but i was watching this with me sister and i was crying and then it cut to the end theme i screamed at the tv "TOO CHEERFULL! A LITTLE GIRL JUST DIED!!!!"
