w580i Camera Problem.

I have this phone for like 1 year and ! day it when i was about to take a picture it says "Another Application is running. Close it, and then start the camera again." but i have no application running! And i Also trien the flashing thing. It still doesnt work! So pleeeeease! Can anyone help me? **Sorry for my English :)

You've had a burn-out. The connection to the flash or camera has burnt or melted. If you open it up you'll see the burn marks.

yo, u need to restore your phone or install firmware again then flash it again.
