@sicnatarock In the first week the weight loss is only due to burn of acumulated water of the body. You'll only see real fat loss by the second week and on. By the way, don't do the resistance training in the same day as you do the workout, you'll end up burning protein, and that's not what you want.
Hey!!! Just finished the first week routine, I can see a little diffrences on my body but weight hasn't change yet.. I start with 80kgs , I'm still 80, haha maybe it's muscle weight cuz I push myself pretty hard, I do resistance training and followed by interval training everyday(except Sunday) I can really feel leg muscle tighten up!!! Did u lost weight on ur first week?? Or later???? Thank you
@sicnatarock It's better to stick to the plan week by week otherwise you have to start all over again. If you stick with the program, you will start seeing results after 3 weeks and for beer has a tremendous effect on weight loss and gaining muscle because your body's metabolism has to work a lot harder to filter the alcohol and get it out your system. Just follow the nutritional guide lines that is posted on the website and if you want top start seeing results, I recommend you sacrifice beer.
Hey man I'm trying to follow ur plan at the moment but I have few question? Can I follow week one and week two plan for longer time until I'm satisfy with my weight loss? And about drinking alcohol, beer,,, does it have any effects? Thank you!!! It's mor tiring then I thought but also burn more than I expected haha
