Evolution of a Cube

This is a revisit to a creative exercise from architecture school.. The intent is to break down the cube into its basic elements and reassemble it in a different way. The exercise is designed to compose the pieces in way that uses plane, mass, and void to create a dynamic expression of space. Every piece in this model is carefully arranged to create a display of both juxtaposition and harmony in an effort to redefine what the cube can be if its parts are arranged differently. I used countless techniques to create very dynamic moments in the project. Still images of the project when looked at closely better show some of those moments, but lack the definition that animation provides. I will post a link to some stills after I get the portfolio completed and uploaded
