O.o You know... This isn't ANY worse than what kids see on the cover of COSMO or tabloids when their parents take them shopping. I honestly think that the mothers just didn't want their husbands drooling over the episode, because honestly what kid is really going to notice or even pay attention to the "offensive cleavage," here?

I think Katy is showing way too much cleavage for a kid's show, esp. when she's running towards the camera, they're bouncing away...There's no need to have to draw attention to yourself in a children's program in this manner, just dress as you would if you were going to school. She's old enough to know her breasts will still be there after the show and she can flaunt them as she likes, but come on, be responsible for 3 minutes, sheesh not much to ask for. Just a bad judgment call on her part.
