OK, been trying to figure this one out for ages. Anyone know where the original "Riddim full of culture y'all" sample comes from? It also features on a load of electronic stuff during the 90s (Meat Beat Manifesto, The Orb, etc)

I saw on a message board somewhere that it's from a Mikey Dread track, but not sure if that's correct and I haven't been able to find any more info... Can anyone help?
