do you have to tune it for just regular neighborhood carving/cruising/go to school? Also, where'd you get that thing!?!?!

there's different flexes made for diff sized people. I think flex 1 is for 170lbs+ and as the flexes' numbers go on, the lighter riders' weights have to be.

thanks for the help man, I got a vanguard and you'r right its alot easier with the turns and stuff and its longer so you have more room to put you'r feet on sooooooooooooooo I JUST SANK THAT BOAT WE WERE IN

which 1 do you think is better? the dervish or vanguard............... I need to know because I'm going to get a LongBoard tommoroow (July 16 08) so please reply quickly

for me i kinda want a dervish because its easier to slide and do nose manuals with and etc. but i havent ridden one so i'm kinda in the same boat as you but the vanguard is a super good cruiser and hard core steep hill carver and it feels excellent. the board also has a really nice flex and i hear the dervish doesn't flex as much so its up to u
