this guy is just an overrated goofball. he has no game. whatever happened to when some 7 footers were actually skilled or even coordinated? kareem, wilt, shaq, david robinson, robert parish, patrick ewing, mutombo. all of those guys came out of high school before 1990. nowadays we're just stuck with garbage like this guy

@wegoininright c'mon how could you know notice a sharp decline in the number of skilled 7 footers. there used to be a few supremely talented 7 footers every decade, but we haven't seen anything like that since Shaq and he came out of high school 20+ years ago. I don't know what the problem is, maybe the 7 footers today aren't taught fundamentals that much and think they can just skate by completely on height.

@grasd2 what the hell is wrong with you? I'm sure there were 7 footers that sucked before contemporary times and I'm sure there are always going to be 7 footers that suck. Just like how there are good 7 footers in the NBA now. Just b/c you can name a few good tall people in the history of the NBA doesn't change anything.

@grasd2 fab melo hadn't played basketball nearly as long as the guys you listed. he has only been playing for a few years now. he will get better if he sticks with it. just because he is tall doesn't mean he will be amazing. there is a learning curve and a lot of work to do
