  • @3150308 Adequate amounts of sleep can affect health. 6-8hrs 8 (8oz) cups of water a day will help flush out toxins in your body. It is not about HOW MUCH you eat but the quality of your food. 500cals of Oreos versus 500 cals of fresh fruits and veggies are COMPLETE opposites (you will eat more produce to reach 500 cals than Oreos and there for feel fuller longer). I work in the medical field (and yes I have an ED).

  • I'm really happy to see you're back! I was so sad when I saw you took your videos down. I'm also really happy to hear that you're really wanting to get better this time. I'm in that same exact boat. Before I only gave recovery half of my effort, but now I'm trying my hardest, and it is definitely paying off in so many ways. I really hope you stay strong and that the rational side of your thinking will overcome the ED thinking, it's hard but just keep fighting!

  • Sooo glad your back =] i have a question, what do you eat on an average day as i struggle with deciding whats a healthy amount to eat and seem to eat the same foods over and over again. Do you have safe foods and safe meals that you just stick to or do you change meals and foods regularly.
