@BostonRocker51 Just because you have a right to something doesn't mean the government should have to pay for it. We have an expressed 2nd ammendment right to keep and bear arms. That doesn't mean the government should but a gun for every US citizen.

First Bayh then Dodd now Bart. These guys know they will or would have, gone down in November. But the sleeping giant has only been stirred; we must awaken more constitutionalists. The Republic must be saved--Give the rest of these tyrants that are stealing our freedom the boot! BOYCOT GM and CHRYSLER. Crush the unions with your wallet. Get the workers to see they must bust the unions to survive!

Bostonrocket-That health bill amendmant does not ban abortion rights, it just provides no federal or public funding of abortion.

the abortion language doesn't matter. THE HYDE AMENDMENT OF 1976 TRUMPS ALL NEW LAWS. so abortion wasn't funded no matter what words were used.
the anti-abortion wackos were just trying pull a publicity stunt... don't you remember everyone in America laughing at them?
how can the right get to 51 votes? they now only have 24% of the population... everyone in America HATES the right... they are too uneducated to be elected again. so learn basic facts.
Forcing a minority socially bankrupt idea on women is criminal. I support FREE and prompt abortion services for all who need or want such services. Banning abortion rights under proposed health insurance reform is plain foolish. How about if YOU support forced birth, you must kick in $15,000 per year in support tax for the unwanted babies? Okay?
Roe v. Wade is the law - respect it please.
Peace...
