Rhino First Date

From 2009: The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium's black rhinos had their first face-to-face meeting on a cold December day. The female, Azizi, is fertile, so it's up our male, Jomo, to make it happen. In this instance, the rhinos went through the usual rhino mating ritual, involving fighting, chasing, and lots of snorting, but after an hour of that business, Azizi decided she wasn't interested and backed herself into a corner, leaving Jomo frustrated, standing and staring at her for another hour. Finally, zookeepers lured him away with promises of hay and fruits.
