In 1990, after many years off the air, some stations aired this cartoon to help hype the Dick Tracy movie. But after a couple of weeks, it was taken off the air because people thought it was racist.

Saw this as a kid, thought it was very funny. Still do. Looks like leftover from WWII propaganda film made in 1941, not 1961. Joe Jitsu looks like Stewie's distant uncle.
