Story;
[Before the video]; Sara Crewe has always been Daddy's Little Princess. When her father enlists to fight for the British in WWI, young Sara Crewe goes to New York to attend boarding school. She soon clashes with the severe headmistress, Miss Minchin, who attempts to stifle Sara's creativity and sense of self- worth. Sara's belief that "every girl's a princess" is tested to the limit, however, when word comes that her father was killed in action and his estate has been seized by the British government.

[Video starts]; 00;16 - 00;40 - Sara discovers that her father has died in war and that she is alone in the world; her father was the only family she had left.

00;40 - 00;48 - Miss Minchin takes Sara in out of cruely, forcing her to become a servant girl and snatching away everything that ever belonged to her, including the locket that her father gave to her mother on their wedding day.

00;48 - 00;53 - Sara curls up on the floor of her new home; the old, rotten attic.

00;53 - 01;04 - Sara hugs hold of her doll, Emily - it was a present from her father before he went to war. He told her that if she hugged the doll, the doll would get a message to him right away and he'd send one back so that when she was hugging Emily, she'd really be getting a hug from him.

01;04 - 01;15 - Sara remembers her father telling her that she can be whatever she wants to be, as long as she believes.

01;18 - 01;29 - After doing chores all day out in the freezing cold, Sara looks up at the house next door to the school and sees a man from India. Little does she know that he was sent to watch over her and has been doing so, however, she does know that the man he lives with has just lost his son in the war as well and shows that she still has kindness in her heart by offering them the rose she was given.

01;29 - 01;40 - She remembers her father telling her that magic has to be believed for it to be real and she smiles at the memory, though it's a sad smile as she stands in the snow which is creeping into her attic, making her cold.

01;40 - 01;51 - The other slave orphan, Becky, tells Sara that she had thought she was going to die there until she started hearing about the magic that Sara talked about. However, after everything that's happened, Sara is so hurt she is forcded to believe there is no magic.

01;51 - 01;57 - Memories of her father.

01;57 - 02;02 - The locket of her parents.

02;02 - 02;08 - Sara cries, terrified of how wrong everything is going. (This clip messed up.)

02;08 - 02;14 - Miss Minchin tries to break Sara more and she realizes that she has to believe, because that was what her father taught her to believe and she finally stands up for herself.

02;14 - 02;20 - They wake up to the a glorious breakfast with materials from India and the amazing miracle makes Sara believe that hope will grow. She doesn't realize that it was the Indian man next door helping her.

02;20 - 02;22 - Becky and Sara promise to be there for each other as Sara plans her escape because Miss Minchin has called the police to take her away.

02;22 - 02;34 - Sara tries to escape by crawling over a plank of wood to the other house next door, except she falls.

02;34 - 02;45 - She manages to pull herself up and runs inside to the other house, coming face to face with a familiar face; her father. He's been next door for a while now. The man who lives there lost his own son and the Indian man who lives with him convinced him to take the poor man in because the man had lost his memory. This means one thing though; he can't remember who Sara is.

02;45 - 02;55 - Sara begs her father to remember, but he just can't.

02;55 - 03;08 - Recognising him, Miss Minchin knows if the father remembers, she will lose everything she ever worked towards if the truth comes out how she treated Sara and Becky. She tells the police that this child has no father and they move forward, beginning to drag Sara away while she screams at them to stop, begging her father to remember.

03;08 - 03;11 - Mr Crew stands there, remembering her pleas.

03;11 - 03;15 - Sara continues to scream for her Papa.

03;15 - End - Suddenly, Mr Crew comes running out into the rain, screaming his daughter's name; he remembers her.

This video was so touching :) I saw this movie for the first time like ten years ago and it's still makes cry every time she gets reunited with her father. Definitely one of my favourite movies, if not my most favourite. Again, awesome job.
